Returns Policy

At R&M Hand Crafts, we take pride in the quality of our engraving services. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there has been an error in the engraving.

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted if there is an error in the engraving that was made by us.

How to Request a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the error.
3. Include clear photos of the engraving error.

Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
• Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If approved, we will re-engrave the item correctly at no additional cost.
